3.) Type md autorun.inf and then Hit Enter
4.) Type cd autorun.inf and then Hit Enter

Here is an example in CMD:
Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.
C:\Documents and Settings\Admin>F:
F:\>md autorun.inf
F:\>cd autorun.inf
F:\autorun.inf>md con\

Then you can hide the autorun.inf folder(apply only for this folder) inside your USB so that it will be invisible.
This will prevent to overwrite and delete autorun.inf in your folder. The con folder created inside autorun.inf folder is 100% harmless. It will not be deleted because this is a MS-DOS reserve word. Only flash drive formatting can delete the autorun.inf folder inside in your flash drive.
